Bridgenext Acquires CloudX to Accelerate Enterprise AI Engineering Capabilities

Acquisition increases Bridgenext headcount by more than 300 and expands its Argentina near-shore delivery hub to help companies move from AI experimentation to scaled business impact

PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bridgenext, a leading digital consultancy that turns fragmented growth setups into tightly engineered Growth Operating Systems, today announced its acquisition of CloudX, a leading provider of enterprise-grade AI software solutions based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The acquisition strengthens Bridgenext’s leadership in AI, data and product engineering by adding a team with deep experience building and deploying agentic solutions for enterprise customers. With CloudX, Bridgenext increases its engineering headcount by 25% and significantly expands its presence in Argentina, a strategic near-shore location that enables closer collaboration and local time zone support for clients advancing complex AI initiatives.

As companies move from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption, the challenge is no longer whether to invest in AI, but how to make it useful, scalable and tied to business performance. CloudX brings proven experience helping organizations deploy AI at scale, moving beyond isolated pilots to solutions that support long-term growth.

“It’s critical that we have deep expertise in AI, data and product engineering to provide the services our clients need now,” said John Castleman, CEO of Bridgenext. “CloudX is the perfect partner to help businesses strategically and effectively embed AI in their growth strategies. We’re excited to welcome the CloudX team to Bridgenext as we expand the engineering depth and near-shore delivery model required to turn enterprise AI ambition into real business impact.”

CloudX’s capabilities further support Bridgenext’s broader growth strategy, while expanding its ability to serve enterprise customers across key industries. The company brings specialized expertise in healthcare, a fast-growing segment where AI and data investments are driving better business performance and outcomes.

“We built CloudX with the intention of unlocking human potential with intelligent technology and believe that becoming part of Bridgenext will allow us to fulfill this purpose at a greater scale,” said Nahuel Vigna, co-founder and CEO of CloudX. “We welcome the opportunity to join Bridgenext’s strong engineering culture with established operations in Latin America and look forward to delivering AI innovation for our entire client base.”

Together, Bridgenext and CloudX will help companies move from fragmented digital investments to integrated growth systems that perform. By combining Bridgenext’s consulting and delivery expertise with CloudX’s agentic AI and enterprise software capabilities, the company is better positioned to help clients turn AI ambition into scalable, practical solutions that deliver meaningful returns.
